- 10% down payment with installments up to 6 years.
- If down payment is 15%, the installments will be up to 7 years.
- 20% down payment, the installment is over 8 years.
- 25% down payment of the amount of Nile Business City’s units, and installments over 9 years.
- 30% down payment is paid and the installment will be over 10 years.
